  • Integrated Rent Guarantee protection up to $60,000 for unpaid rent
  • Property Damage Protection up to $10,000 for malicious tenant damage
  • LTB Legal Coverage up to $2,000 for legal fees and board representation
  • Full end-to-end claims handling, documentation, and eviction coordination
